Product Summary

The LTM8020V is a complete 200mA, DC/DC step down power supply including the switching controller, power switches, inductor, and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 4V to 36V, the LTM8020V supports an output voltage range of 1.25V to 5V, set by a single resistor. Only bulk capacitors are needed to fi nish the design.
